Random I-Tunes Song of The Moment: Master of Puppets by Metallica

Raise Your Hand if you Like Dean Dill . . . now if one of your hands is not in the air flick yourself in the ear lobe and go repent. The effect (an image on a card becomes a real object) is not new, and Dill is the first to admit this. However, his thinking behind this effect is very clever making it one of the fairest handlings of the concept. Everything seems totally fair and above board. Additionally you'll learn an excellent equivoque technique.

In this case, one sports ball of five is 'chosen.' The 'chosen' ball falls off of the card and becomes an actual real ball. For $45.00 you get an instructional DVD, an actual 8 ball, and the necessary cards with pictures (actually stickers) of sports balls on them. Dill teaches a few variations. This is do-able as a strolling effect, but likely would be much better suited for a set performance. This is a fun effect with a theme that most people can relate to (sports). You'll need to supply your own presentation, but everything else is provided for you. Considering all of the props you get and the effect that you're getting, $45.00 is a small price to pay. A half star is lost for using stickers instead of professionally printed cards.

Final Verdict:
4.5 stars with a Stone Status of GEM!
